Postdoctoral Position in Immunology, Duke University

The Duke Human Vaccine Institute, occupying a place of national and international leadership in the fight against major infectious diseases, is currently recruiting for a Postdoctoral Position in Immunology.

We are seeking a recent graduate to join our NIAID-Funded project entitled: Modeling Immunity for BioDefense. This is a multi-institutional team (Duke, Emory and UC Irvine) performing experimental and computational studies to model the host immune response to a model anthrax immunogen (rPA). Innovative technologies such as poly-chromatic flow cytometry, gene expression microarrays, Luminex bead arrays and laser capture microscopy will be employed by the experimental team led by Dr. Sempowski.

A PhD in Immunology and experience with mouse immunization models, ELISA assays, flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry is preferred.
